RESERVATIONS
All reservations must be GUARANTEED with VISA, MASTER CARD, or DISCOVER at the time the reservation is made.
GUARANTEES
The deposit that we charge to guarantee a reservation is based on the minimum stay requirement.
Your credit card will be charged the full amount for the minimum stay required.
SECURITY DEPOSITS
Our luxury suites may require a $500.00 security deposit.
BALANCE DUE
The remaining balance is due upon arrival, when you check-in, and may be paid by cash, travelers checks or credit card (MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER, or AMERICAN EXPRESS). NO PERSONAL CHECK.
Monroe County has a 12.5% tax on all overnight accommodations.
REFUNDS
No refunds will be made after the balance is paid in full, at check-in.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the arrival date, will be refunded half (50%) of their deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date are non-refundable and will forfeit their full (100%) deposit. Cancellation requests must be writing.
SPECIAL EVENTS & HOLIDAYS
Cancellations made 60 days or more before the arrival date, will be refunded half (50%) of their deposit. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date are non-refundable and will forfeit their full (100%) deposit. Cancellation requests must be in writing.
MINIMUM STAY
Minimum stay requirements may apply.
ROOM RATES BASED ON 2 PEOPLE
All room rates are based on 2 persons. There is a $15 charge for each additional person. No charge for children under 4 years old. Please verify the number of occupants when making the reservation. We limit the number of people in each room.
ROOM PREFERENCE
Room preference is taken into consideration, however when necessary we reserve the right to book any reservation into an equivalent unit.
CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check - in - 3:00 pm. Check - out -11:00 am.
ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING
NO PETS ALLOWED
DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE
Housekeeping service is available for an extra charge. We offer linen/towel exchange at no charge.
BOATS
The charge for a boat of any size is $20 per night. This charge applies to all “trailered” vessels, in or out of the water."
Dock space is subject to availability.
DISCOUNTS
Weekly stays will receive a 10% discount, except during special events and holidays.

Rates are subject to change without notice.
