DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
You may guarantee your reservations by charging one night's
rent to a credit card or by mailing a check in the amount
of one night's rent within 10 days of making a reservation. If
deposit is not received within 10 days, the reservation
will be canceled.
Balance is due upon arrival and may be paid
by cash, travelers checks or credit card (Visa, MasterCard,
Discover or American Express). NO PERSONAL CHECKS. Monroe
County has a 11.5% tax on overnight accommodations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds are permitted on cancellations made more than 20 days before check-in
date, with a handling fee of $10.00. Cancellation requests must be
in writing.
MINIMUM STAY
Minimum stay requirements may apply during certain times.
RATES ARE BASED ON 2 PEOPLE
Extra person charge: $12.50 per person per night. However, we restrict maximum
# of people in one room. No charge for children under the age of 4.
VERIFY NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS (ADULTS AND CHILDREN)
WHEN MAKING RESERVATION
Room preference is taken into consideration, however when necessary we reserve
the right to book any reservation into an equivalent unit.

Check - in 3:00 pm Check - out 11:00 am
ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING
NO PETS ALLOWED
Maid service is available for an extra charge. We
offer linen/towel exchange at no charge.
Dockage is $15.00 per night per boat in the water or on a trailer.
Dock space is subject to availability.
Weekly stays will receive a 10% discount, except during special events and
holidays.
